آزادی کی دعا ۔ ربندر ناتھ ٹگور

بے خطر فِکر ہو تحقیق کی جُراؑت ہو جہاں
جبینِ فہم کِسی در پہ نہ جھکتی ہو جہاں
عِلم زِنہار نہ فرسودہ رسومات کا پابند وہاں
ہم آہنگیِ نہ فِرقوں میں بدلتی ہو جہاں
بُنیاد قول و فعل کی سچّائی ہو جہاں
پیہم سئی کمالِ ہنر کی ہی ہو جہاں
بے داغ جوئے منطق، نابینہ بھٹکتی نہ وہاں
معرضِ فِکر و عمل تیری ہدایت ہو جہاں
ایسی آزادی کے فردوس میں اے میرےخدا
اِس میرے خوابیدہ وطن کو تو جگا

jabin-e fahm5 kisi dar6 pe na jhukti ho jahaaN

Where mind is fearless and has the courage to ask questions. Where Wisdom does not bow its head at any door. Where knowledge is never bound by obsolete tradition. Where harmony is not replaced by narrow communal divisions.
