مٹیں گے میرے دل سے رنج و غم آہستہ آہستہ
قرار آئے گا تجھ کو چشمِ نم آہستہ آہستہ

یقیناً ایک دن منزل اُنہیں کے پاؤں چومے گی
بڑھائے جا رہے ہیں جو قدم آہستہ آہستہ
۳
ہمارے حال پہ اک دن کرم کی بارشیں ہوں گی
فنا ہو جائے گی رسم ستم آہستہ آہستہ
۴
ابھی تو رفتہ رفتہ یہ زباں بندی تک آئے ہیں
پھر اس کے بعد چھینیں گے قلم آہستہ آہستہ

ہماری شاعری پروازؔ ایسا سلسلہ ٹھہری
کیا جس میں خیالوں کو رقم آہستہ آہستہ
छीनेंगे क़लम आहस्ता-आहस्ता – विजेंद्र सिंघ परवाज़

मिटेंगे मेरे दिल से रंज-ओ-ग़म आहस्ता-आहस्ता
क़रार आएगा तुझ को चश्म-ए नम आहस्ता-आहस्ता

यक़ीनन एक दिन मंज़िल उन्हीं के पाँव चूमेगी
बढ़ाए जा रहे हैं जो क़दम आहस्ता-आहस्ता
३
हमारे हाल पे एक दिन करम की बारिशें होंगी
फ़ना हो जाएगी रस्म-ए सितम आहस्ता-आहस्ता
४
अभी तो रफ़्ता-रफ़्ता ये ज़बाँ-बंदी तक आए हैं
फिर इस के बा’द छीनेंगे क़लम आहस्ता-आहस्ता
५
हमारी शा’एरी पर्वाज़ ऐसा सिलसिला ठहरी
किया जिस में ख़यालों को रक़म आहस्ता-आहस्ता

Pain and sorrow will get erased from my heart by and by. O teary eye, you will get peace and comfort in time.

yaqiinan1 ek din manzil2 unhiiN ke paaNv choomegi
baRhaa’e ja rahe haiN jo qadam3 aahista-aahista 1.certainly 2.destination 3.steps
Certainly one day, destination will kiss their feet; those that keep taking steady steps towards it one by one.

hamaare haal1 pe ek din karam2 ki baarisheN hoNgi
fana3 ho jaa’egi rasm4-e sitam5 aahista-aahista 1.condition 2.kindness, mercy 3.annihilate, erase 4.tradition, ways 5.opperssion
Some mercy will rain down on our condition. The ways of oppression will be erased.
