Her urdu composition is exquisite and yet in her book “kaifiyyat”, published in 2018, in devanagiri, she states that she does not know how to read and write urdu. By my rough count, her book already has more than 75 Ghazal/nazm. All I can say is, ‘zor-e qalam aur ziyaada’. This Ghazal, although with a slightly different qaafiya can still be considered to be in the zamin of Ghalib’s ‘dard minnat-kash-e davaa na hua’.
