The poet/lover does not want the beloved to know what happened to him (because of her cruelty). Whatever has happened to those stricken with love has happened (it is to be expected). Don’t tell her, let whatever has happened be.

The beloved has killed the poet/lover and has blood on the hem of her skirt. The poet/lover (even though dead) is worried that someone might get upset and be cruel to his beloved. He cautions her, at least wash my blood off your skirt, whatever has happened, let it be. faiz used this she’r to great effect about what the ruling powers have done to him.

The wound (of love, inflicted by the beloved) has spread and reached the heart. The poet/lover pleads to his friends to nurse him, sew up the wound and apply some ointment (and let things be, don’t blame the beloved).

na hoga phir kabhu3 aye tund-Khu4 hua so hua 1.excuse, pardon, get past 2.transgression 3.old form of kabhi, again 4.angry nature, short-tempered
The poet/lover has done something wrong and the beloved is angry. He begs forgiveness – for god’s sake, forgive me and come. This will never happen again, whatever has happened has happened.

na phooT phooT ke itna baho2 hua so hua 1.condition 2.flow
The poet/lover is narrating the condition of his heart. Either his own eyes, or the eyes of his audience (fellow lovers, perhaps, but not the beloved herself), are crying profusely. Not so much, says the poet/lover, whatever has happened, let it be.

diya use dil o deeN1 ab ye jaan hai sauda
phir aage dekhiye jo ho so ho, hua so hua 1.faith, soul
The poet/lover has given her his heart and soul already. All he has left is his life. Let us see what lies in store for the future, whatever is past, let it be.
