یہ فلک یہ ماہ و انجم یہ زمین یہ زمانہ
ترے حسن کی حکایت مرے عشق کا فسانہ

ابھی منہ سے بات نکلی ابھی ہو گئی فسانہ

یہ مرا پیام کہنا تو صبا یہ مودبانہ

مجھے چاک جیب و دامن سے نہیں مناسبت کچھ

ये मेरा पयाम कहना तू सबा मो’अदबाना
के गुज़र गया है प्यारे तुझे देखे एक ज़माना

मुझे चाक-ए जेब-ओ-दामन से नहीं मुनासबत कुछ
ये जुनूँ ही को मुबारक रह-ओ-रस्म-ए आ’मियाना
५
तुझे हादसात-ए पैहम से भी क्या मिलेगा नादाँ
तेरा दिल अगर हो ज़िंदा तो नफ़स भी ताज़ियाना
६
वो अदा-ए दिलबरी हो के नवा-ए आशक़ाना
जो दिलों को फ़तह कर ले वही फ़ातह-ए ज़माना

This is called the magic/enchantment of love, this is the perfection poetry – that as soon as words come out of the mouth, they become a fable/famous.

Give her this message very respectfully/discretely, O breeze, that much too long a time has passed since I have seen you, my dear.

tera dil agar ho zinda4 to nafas5 bhii taaziyaana5 1.repeated 2.calamities 3.simpleton 4.alive, aware 5.breath 6.whip
Lif is a constant series of calamities. What will you get out of life, O simpleton. If your heart is alive (aware of the value of universal love, of the value of fana – merger with the great spirit), then every breath is like the lash of a whip i.e. it will be painful to continue to live.

jo diloN ko fat’h4 kar le vahii faateh-e-zamaana5 1.style, manners 2.heart stealing 3.call, sound 4.vanquished, won over 5.greatest/real conquerer of the world
Be it a heart-stealing manner or the call of love, he/she who wins hearts is the greatest/real conquerer of the world.
