مری  مشقّتِ  پیہم  رہینِ  یاس  نہیں

ارادہ  جوشِ  بغاوت  کا  بے  اساس  نہیں

سیاست  اہلِ  زمانہ  کی  مجھ  کو  راس  نہیں

مری  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  کو  پاس  نہیں

 

چل  آ  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  سے  جنگ  کریں

مجھے  اسیرِ  ستمہائے  روزگار  کیا

میری  بہار  کو  بیگانۂ  بہار  کیا

وقار  مجھ  سے  لیا،  مجھ  کو  بے  وقار  کیا

مجھے  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  نے  خوار  کیا

 

چل  آ  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  سے  جنگ  کریں

یہ  شہریار  کا  عالم  فریبِ  حکمِ  سجود

یہ  سلطنت  کے  فرامینِ  شیطنت  آلود

یہ  عزّ  و  جاہ  کی  دُنیا  میں  مسکنِ  مردود

سیاست  اہلِ  جہاں  کی  فریبِ  نام  و  نمود

 

چل  آ  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  سے  جنگ  کریں

میں  ایک  شیر  نیستاں  شغال  سے  بھی  حقیر

فریبِ  اہلِ  زمانہ  کے  دام  میں  ہوں  اسیر

مرے  لہو  سے  ہیں  پلتے  وزیرِ  بے  تدبیر

سیاست  اہلِ  جہاں  کی  مرے  لہو  کی  خمیر

 

چل  آ  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  سے  جنگ  کریں

خِرد  کا  شعبدہ  صورت  گرِ  ہزار  آئیں

خِرد  کے  در  پہ  مشقّت  کی  سجدہ  ریز  جبیں

خِرد  زمانے  کی  وحشت  طرازیوں  کی  امیں

سیاست  اہلِ  جہاں  کی  خِرد  کا  دامِ  حسیں

 

چل  آ  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  سے  جنگ  کریں

چل  آ  حقیقتِ  قلبِ  تپاں  بدل  ڈالیں

چل  آ  حسابِ  دِلِ  دوستاں  بدل  ڈالیں

خموشیٔ  غم  و  دردِ  نہاں  بدل  ڈالیں

چل  آ  سیاستِ  اہلِ  جہاں  بدل  ڈالیں

جو  گر  رہی  ہے  عمارت  سنبھل  ہی  جائے  گی

مصیبتِ  سرِ  مزدور  ٹل  ہی  جائے  گی

یہ  جبر  و  ظلم  کی  زنجیر  گل  ہی  جائے  گی

سیاست  اہلِ  جہاں  کی  بدل  ہی  جائے  گی

मुझे असीर-ए सितम-हा-ए रोज़गार किया

मेरी बहार को बेगाना-ए बहार किया

वेक़ार मुझ से लिया, मुझ को बे-वेक़ार किया

मुझे सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां ने ख़्वार किया

 

चल आ सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां से जंग करें

ये शहरियार का आलम, फ़रेब-ए हुक्म-ए सुजूद

ये सलतनत के फ़रामीन शैतनत आलूद

ये इज़्ज़ ओ जाह की दुनिया में मस्कन-ए मर्दूद

सियासत अहल-ए जहां की फ़रेब-ए नाम ओ नुमूद

 

चल आ सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां से जंग करें

मैं एक शेर-ए नयस्तां शग़ाल से भी हक़ीर

फ़रेब-ए अहल-ए ज़माना के दाम में हूँ असीर

मेरे लहू से हैं पलते वज़ीर-ए बे-तदबीर

सियासत अहल-ए जहां की मेरे लहू की ख़मीर

 

चल आ सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां से जंग करें

ख़िरद का शो’बदा सूरत-गर-ए हज़ार आईं

ख़िरद के दर पे मशक़्क़त की सिज्दा-रेज़ जबीं

ख़िरद ज़माने की वहशत तराज़ियौं की अमीं

सियासत अहल-ए जहां की ख़िरद का दाम-ए हसीं

 

चल आ सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां से जंग करें

चल आ हक़ीक़त-ए क़ल्ब-ए तपां बदल डालें

चल आ हिसाब-ए दिल-ए दोस्तां बदल डालें

ख़मोशी-ए ग़म ओ दर्द-ए निहां बदल डालें

चल आ सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां बदल डालें

 

चल आ सियासत-ए अहल-ए जहां से जंग करें

जो गिर रही है इमारत संभल ही जाएगी

मुसीबत-ए सर-ए मज़्दूर टल ही जाएगी

ये जब्र ओ ज़ुल्म की ज़ंजीर गल ही जाएगी

सियासत अहल-ए जहां की बदल ही जाएगी

They moved to dehli in the 1930s. arsh malsiyani was assistant editor of Govt of India urdu publication ‘aaj kal’ under josh malihabadi and took over as editor after josh left for pakistan.
