He did have an MA, but I could not figure out what it was in. He was a shaagird of josh malsiani and composed Ghazal, nazm and rubaaii with two published collections with the second one dated 1981. I tried to find out how he came to urdu, but could not. This nazm, a tribute to nehru is linked to nehru Khiraaj on the Theme Index page.
