شہیدوں کا سرتاج ۔ بالمُکُند عرشؔ ملسیانی

شہیدوں کا سرتاج جنّت مقام

محبت کی معراج ذی احترام

غلامانِ عالم کی پشت و پناہ

اہِنسا کے بندوں کی اُمّید گاہ

وہ غم بھی وطن کا تھا غم خوار بھی

رضاکار بھی اور سالار بھی

اہِنسا کا پیرو مگر شیرِ مرد

محبّت میں یکتا صداقت میں فرد

ہوا جس کے دم سے بہ صد اِحتشام

سیاست سے اونچا صداقت کا نام

وہ آدم کی عظمت کا آئینہ دار

وہ ذرّہ کہ چمکا تھا خورشید دار

وہ جس نے دیا آدمیت کو اوج

وہ جس نے لڑائی اہِنسا کی فوج

قفس ہے کوئی اب نہ صیّاد ہے

وطن جس کی حِکمت سے آزاد ہے

وہ نورِ ضیا‌ بار سیمائے خیر

وہ جویاے‌ خیر و شناسائے خیر

فرشتہ خِصال و فرشتہ سِیَر

ملک در حقیقت بہ ظاہر بشر

محبّت کی وہ اک شبیہِ حسیں

اُخوّت کا وہ ایک ماہِ مُبیں

وہ حق آگہی کی کچھاروں کا شیر

صداقت کے میداں کا مردِ دلیر

فلک آفریں اور گردُوں طراز

مریضانِ پستی کا وہ چارہ ساز

وہ کوتاہ بینوں کی شمع شعور

وہ گمراہیوں میں ہدایت کا نور

وہ جس نے اُٹھایا زمانے کا بار

کیا جس نے جابر کو بے اختیار

وہ بے مِثل قاعد موثّر خطیب

وہ لشکر میں جس کے امیر و غریب

وہ جس نے کروڑوں کے کاٹے ہیں بند

وہ ارفع وہ اعلیٰ وہ سب سے بلند

وہ جس کی عطا ہے نِرالی عطا

وہ جس نے دیا اک نیا فلسفہ

शहीदौं का सरताज जन्नत-मक़ाम

मोहब्बत की मे’राज ज़ी-एहतिराम

ग़ुलामान-ए आलम की पुश्त-ओ-पनाह

अहिंसा के बंदों की उम्मीद-गाह

वो ग़म भी वतन का था ग़म-ख़्वार भी

रज़ाकार भी और सालार भी

अहिंसा का पैरव मगर शेर-ए मर्द

मोहब्बत में यकता सदाक़त में फ़र्द

हुआ जिस के दम से ब-सद एहतेशाम

सियासत से ऊँचा सदाक़त का नाम

वो आदम की अज़्मत का आईना-दार

वो ज़र्रा के चमका था ख़ुरशीद-दार

वो जिस ने दिया आदमियत को औज

वो जिस ने लड़ाई अहिंसा की फ़ौज

क़फ़स है कोई अब न सय्याद है

वतन जिस की हिक्मत से आज़ाद है

वो नूर-ए ज़िया-बार सीमा-ए ख़ैर

वो जूया-ए ख़ैर-ओ-शनासा-ए ख़ैर

फ़रिश्ता-खिसाल-ओ-फ़रिश्ता-सियर
