جو میرے حق میں ہوا ہے وہ فیصلہ کیا ہے

जो मेरे हक़ में हुआ है वो फ़ैस्ला क्या है

There are at least six books of his collections of verse. He started composing in 1950 with his first collection published in 1958. The final collection was published with a loving foreword (translated from English by a friend) by his widow, says that he tried to get her interested in learning urdu all their married life. But there is no word in any of the collections about how he came to urdu or about a day job he might have had. My guess is that he was an academic.

samajh meN kuchh nahiN aata keh marhala3 kya hai 1.moments 2.centuries 3.problem
It is as if moments have become centuries and have stopped – time has stopped. He does not understand why this is happening, what the problem is.

jo mere haq2 meN hua hai vo faisla3 kya hai 1.but 2.about my rights/justice 3.judgement
No judgement before now was made in my favour nor is it going to be now. I know that, but tell me anyway what judgement has been made about me.

There is strong introspection again. Who is it inside me who is leaving laughing at me (my foolishness). What is this constant shaking that never leaves me alone.

It is very common for people to think of a justification/purpose of life often stating it as ‘god made us to do xxxxx’. O talKh, search for a purpose of life in this or it could mean search for a purpose in the bitterness of this life. Nobody knows what the real mystery is.
