He settled in jalandhar district after 1947. shaagird of rajendra nath rahbar. I could not figure out what he did for a living. He lived in a small village, noor mahal. My guess is that he had lands and engaged in agriculture.

I am not sure, but some years ago there was a notorious gangster named daa’ood and a cartoonist turned politician named baal Thaakre. baal Thaakre was strongly and publicly anti-muslim but in order to embed his own gangs into labour unions he secretly joined forces with daa’ood. This she’r is probably referring to them. Who do I protest against, who do I complain about, there is daa’ood and then there is baal Thaakare. Probably used to suggest that both communities are going mad.

The poet thinks up some unusual (perhaps even weird) thoughts which find their way into his ash’aar. He hopes … by god, may no one understand them.

All governments are so corrupt, why should someone not raise great tumult/disturbance/protest like the tumult of doomsday.

Gham-gusaaroN2 ka kya kare koii 1.in peace 2.grief-stricken
They don’t even let them weep/cry in peace. What can we do for the grief-stricken (lovers).

There is neither any hope nor do we see any possibilities (of improvement). Under such conditions, what is one to do.
