tujhe to khel hai aamaada¹-e jafa² hona
mujhe nishaana³-e ranj o Gham o balaa⁴ hona  1.agree to, get ready to 2.cruelty 3.target 4.calamity
The beloved is ever-ready, it is mere playfulness for her to be cruel to the poet/lover. The poet/lover, on the other hand is quite used to being the target of sorrow, sadness and calamities.

It is fun and game for you, and a question of life and death for me. Whoever taught you this killing style/coquetry. The misra ‘hamaari jaan gayi teri dil-lagi Thahri’ reminds me of josh malihabadi’s misra ‘kisi ki aaii savaari kisi ki jaan gaii’ from his ‘baadshah ki savaari’ posted on this website.

madad¹ kare jo mohabbat meN jazba²-e kaamil³
hamaari aah⁴ ko mushkil⁵ nahiN rasaa⁶ hona 1.help 2.sentiment, feelings 3.perfect, sincere 4.sigh 5.difficult 6.reach, be effective
This has vague sufi thoughts in it. If the sentiment of love be sincere/perfect then it is not too difficult for my sigh/prayer to reach the beloved/god.

vo dard¹-e ishq² hai jis ka koii ilaaj³ nahiN
Khyaal⁴ o Khwaab⁵ hai aye chaaragar⁶ shifa⁷ hona 1.pain 2.love 3.cure 4.thought, illusion 5.dream 6.healer 7.heal
The pain of love is so intense that there is no possible cure. O healer, the thought of healing me is a mere dream.

kise zaroorat¹-e aab²-e hayaat³ hai usmaaN
baqa⁴ hai apne liye ishq⁵ meN fanaa⁶ hona 1.need 2.water of 3.(eternal) life 4.existence, eternal life 5.love 6.annihilation
This has definite sufi thoughts. ‘fanaa’ is annihilation of the self, becoming one with the beloved/god. Who needs the elixir of eternal life, O osmaan. For me ‘fanaa’ is what grants eternal existence (united with the supreme spirit).
