دل  خون  ہو  چکا  ہے  جگر  ہو  چکا  ہے  خاک

باقی  ہوں  میں  مجھے  بھی  کر  اے  تیغ  زن  تمام

دیکھو  تو  چشم  یار  کی  جادو  نگاہیاں

بے  ہوش  اک  نظر  میں  ہوئی  انجمن  تمام

نشو  نمائے  سبزہ  و  گل  سے  بہار  میں

گلزار  بن  گئی  ہے  زمینِ  دکن  تمام

اچھا  ہے  اہل  جور  کئے  جائیں  سختیاں

दिल ने भी तेरे सीख लिए हैं चलन तमाम

अल्लाह-री जिस्म-ए यार की ख़ूबी के ख़ुद-ब-ख़ुद

रंगीनियों में डूब गया पैरहन तमाम

दिल ख़ून हो चुका है जिगर हो चुका है ख़ाक

बाक़ी हूँ मैं मुझे भी कर ऐ तेग़-ज़न तमाम

देखो तो चश्म-ए यार की जादू-निगाहियाँ

बेहोश एक नज़र में हुई अंजुमन तमाम

है नाज़-ए हुस्न से जो फ़रोज़ाँ जबीन-ए यार

लबरेज़ आब-ए नूर है चाह-ए ज़क़न तमाम

नशो-नुमा-ए सब्ज़ा-ओ-गुल से बहार में

शादाबियों ने घेर लिया है चमन तमाम

उस नाज़नीं ने जब से किया है वहाँ क़्याम

गुलज़ार बन गई है ज़मीन-ए दकन तमाम

अच्छा है अहल-ए जौर किए जाएँ सख़्तियाँ

फैलेगी यूँ ही शोरिश-ए हुब्ब-ए वतन तमाम

It is not too much of a stretch to think of the beloved as god/nature and its beauty filters through (can be seen by those who have the subtle ability to see) whatever dress/manifestation it puts on e.g. the beauty of nature reflected in the garden in spring.

Khoon ho jaana is to be killed. Thus, the heart of the poet/lover has been killed and his liver burnt to ashes. He remains/he is alive and is asking that the swordsman put an end to his useless life.

hasrat mohani is referring to some young woman who has taken up residence (or resides) in the deccan. Because of her the land of the deccan has been turned into a garden. I am not at all sure of this but this is a likely speculation (with ABSOLUTELY NO suggestion of a romance) … sarojini naidu (1879-1949) and hasrat mohani (1875-1951) were active and worked side by side in the independence movement. She was also a poet and lived in hyderabad (her parents moved to hyderabad from bengal). “Turning into a garden” could be a garden of verse.

hasrat mohani was very active in the independence movement. The ‘people of oppression’ are the British colonizers and apparently at this point they had turned to oppressing and arresting protestors. He is hoping that this will increase their ‘mad passion’ and love of the homeland, so they will protest more.
