sab kuchh meri nazroN2 ka tamasha3 hai ke tum ho 1.desert, wilderness 2.sight 3.game, deception
The poet/lover imagines/sees the beloved all around so much so that he begins to think that everything before him is a game, an illusion. Is it a desert, a neighbourhood or a river that I see before me or is it you. Everything that my eyes see, is it an illusion or is it really you.

lauT aaye haiN sahra1 se sabhi lauTne vaale
is baar2 mere shahar meN achchha hai ke tum ho 1.desert, wilderness 2.this time
It is conventional that lovers/seekers wander in the desert. All who went out in search have now returned (it is not clear whether they have returned because they have found what they were looking for or have given up). But this time the poet/lover is relieved/happy that in his city/domain (domain of imagination) he sees her (otherwise he would still be in the desert).

tum ho ke mere lab1 pe dua rahti hai koi
aankhoN ne koi Khwaab sa dekha hai ke tum ho 1.lips
Is it you, or is the answer to the constant prayer on my lips. Am I dreaming, or is it you.

Whenevery I hear a knock at the door of my dreams, I begin to think/anticipate, is it you knocking or is someone else (anyone else in the world).

ye husn2 ka bahta hua dariya3 hai ke tum ho 1.desert 2.beauty 3.river
Is this my love or a burning desert (passionate but not fruitful). Is this you or the soothing/comforting flow of a river.
