Never again will the fields be fertilized with blood. Never again will a harvest of death blossom for our grain stores. Never again will the sky rain fire. Never again will naagasaaki burn in atomic fire. We will never let our dream of a world without war get spoiled. We will not let there be war.

Those who possess/make stocks of weapons come to the market with ‘peace’ on the lips, but bombs hidden in their armpits. They come again and again, making rounds of deception. Shout aloud and tell these sellers of burial shrouds that the world now knows their real face. We will not let their ways/methods of tricks succeed. We will not let there be war.

We want peace, we love life. We want peace, we are working towards building (a better future). We have declared war on hunger and disease. The world can come forward and help. We will not let this green and productive land be coloured with blood. We will not let war happen.
