ہوا طے یہ محبت کا سفر آہستہ آہستہ

ہوا رنگین موسم کا اثر آہستہ آہستہ
مچلتے ہیں مرے قلب و نظر آہستہ آہستہ

اِدھر میرے دلِ بیتاب کی بڑھتی ہے بیتابی
اُدھر کالی گھٹاؤں کا اثر آہستہ آہستہ

بہت محتاط ہو کر بھی گزر جائیں گے ہم لیکن
اُتر جائے گی دل میں وہ نظر آہستہ آہستہ

کرنؔ اک روز میرے دل کو دیوانہ بنا دے گا

All three composed in urdu and faarsi. This is in the style of vali dakkhani’s celebrated Ghazal.

The beloved’s glance has turned a little more favourable gradually. This journey of love has been traversed little by little.

The season has turned colourful i.e. it is spring and flowers are blooming. That has had an effect gradually. Slowly by heart and eyes are turning restless (waiting for the beloved).

idhar mere dil-e betaab1 ki baRhti hai betaabi
udhar kaali ghaTaaoN2 kaa asar3 aahista aahista 1.eager, restless 2.dark clouds 3.effect
In urdu poetic tradition dark clouds are harbingers of joy (perhas because of rain and plentiful harvest). This is also traditionally treated as a time of love blooming. Thus, the eagerness of the poet/lover’s restless heart is increasing gradually as he sees dark clouds roll in.

bahut mohtaat1 ho kar bhi guzar jaayeNge ham laikin
utar jaayegi dil meN vo nazar2 aahista aahista 1.careful 2.glance
Even if the poet/lover were to pass through the journey of life with great care and caution, the beloved’s glance will pierce his heart at one time or another.
