طبیعت بے نیازِ لذّتِ غم ہوتی جاتی ہے
کسی سے کیا مری دل بستگی کم ہوتی جاتی ہے

نظر تم نے چرا لی تم کسی صورت نہیں ملتے
اسی سے ابتدائے دردِ پیہم ہوتی جاتی ہے
۳
وہ شے جس کو برنگِ عشق میں تریاق سمجھا تھا
وہی شے آج میرے واسطے سم ہوتی جاتی ہے
۴
یہ دل ٹوٹا تھا جب سے اشک آنکھوں میں نہیں تھمتے
مری ہستی غمِ الفت کی محرم ہوتی جاتی ہے
۵
یہ دنیا عشق کی دنیا ہے یاں دل کی حکومت ہے
محبت یاں ہر اک شے پر مقدم ہوتی جاتی ہے

سمائے جا رہے ہیں تیرے جلوے میری آنکھوں میں
تری ہستی مری ہستی میں مُدغم ہوتی جاتی ہے

किसी से क्या मेरी दिल-बस्तगी कम होती जाती है

इसी से इब्तेदा-ए दर्द-ए पैहम होती जाती है

वो शय जिस को ब-रंग-ए इश्क़ मैं तिर्याक़ समझा था
वही शय आज मेरे वास्ते सम होती जाती है

ये दिल टूटा था जब से अश्क आँखों में नहीं थमते
मेरी हस्ती ग़म-ए उल्फ़त की महरम होती जाती है

ये दुनिया इश्क़ की दुनिया है याँ दिल की हुकूमत है
मोहब्बत याँ हर एक शय पर मुक़द्दम होती जाती है

समाए जा रहे हैं तेरे जल्वे मेरी आँखों में
तेरी हस्ती मेरी हस्ती में मुदग़म होती जाती है

विदाअ’-ए फ़स्ल-ए गुल नज़्दीक है अए औज अब शायद
वगरना क्यूं मेरी दीवानगी कम होती जाती है

I am guessing from the context of his brief writing that this was during his teenage years. kisi se kya meri dil-bastagi4 kam hoti jaati hai 1.mood, disposition 2.unmindful, uncaring 3.pleasure 4.ties of the heart
Something is changing. Normally, the poet/lover derives pleasure/pride from the pain of love. But now his disposition is becoming unmindful of this pain. He is asking himself – is the connection of my heart with that special someone becoming less strong.

You look away, you refuse to meet under any conditions. That is the beginning of my constant pain/sorrow.

‘ba-raNg-e ishq’ means in the style/shape of love. The poet/lover had thought that love was the antidote of all his sorrows. It turned out that it was poison for him.

‘Season of blooms’ is spring and spring is a time with lovers miss the beloved most and go mad with passion. It seems that poet/lover’s madness keeps getting reduced i.e., he is not as passionate as he used to be. He speculates that this may be because the end of spring is at hand.
