behzad (1900-1974) was a devout, observant muslim and even wrote a whole book as a poetic composition in praise of the character of mohammed.  This is a devotional song in conversational urdu/hindi using ‘ram’ as synonymous with ‘god’.

Life is a game that goes on.  It is useless to worry about it.  Who has ever gained or lost anything here (we should all be thinking of the next world).  Everything is the gift of ram.
