Click here for background and on any passage for word meanings and explanatory discussion. sardar ahmad KhaaN behzaad lakhnavi (1900-1973) wrote on a wide range of subjects, in a wide range of styles, literary, linguistic and thematic. He covers romantic, religious, sufiyaana and folk themes through chaste urdu, faarsi and conversational urdu/hindi, drama, novel and poetry. Although the title is “hamd” and strictly speaking, this may not be cross-religious but the language and comparison with ‘krishn muraari’ shows how uncannily similar they are.
